I guess if no one responds, I'll finish it myself and make it a fanfic XD. I'm going to role-play as Dean.
They'd met in high school. Cas was a foreign exchange student from Canada who didn't have many friends. Dean was a jock, who was everyone's friend. The first day Cas arrived, the bullies immediately ganged up on him. Every time Cas walked down the hall, there was always a bigger kid who would shove the books out of his hands.
From the moment Dean first saw Cas, the jock thought the smaller nerd was adorable. Dean was heading to his next class when he saw the exchange student being tripped. Dean immediately ran towards him, catching him as he fell. Dean grinned and stood up. He faced the bullies. "Now look here, no one's going to touch him again, understood?" They nodded, knowing of the jock's reputation on the football field.

Des groaned and clambered out of bed. He threw on his normal clothes and grabbed his little hamster, Cas. He walked out of his room and looked around for Anna. "Do we have to get up?" Des asked sleepily. The hamster on his shoulder chittered in agreement.

Des was about to go back to sleep when he smelled food. He smirked and rushed downstairs. "Breakfast! most important meal of the da-a-y!"

Des grimaced. "We should get you to a bed." He looked over at Anna's pet, "Do you know something about this?" The pet did seem to know of Anna's sickness before anyone else. Des shrugged and lifted Anna from the floor. He brought her to the nearest bed.

"Dammit Anna." Des muttered. She hadn't told him about this sickness and from he knew, she didn't tell anyone else. This could be small or it could be life-threatening. If only she'd told him sooner, it wouldn't have gotten this bad. Des checked the girl for a fever and found she felt hot.

Des, being the spy he is, overheard the conversation. Finally, he went out into the open. "The child will be introduced to the wealthiest family in the entire land. The child'll never see the terror of the king's reign. And even if he does, he'll assume it's natural. If we can get to the kid before his sense of good is twisted by his father, we might have a chance. But we can't wait too long." He turned to Les, "Some breakfast would be nice."
